        The GZP-400 bag sealing machine is equipped with a step drive with which the welding jaws of the device are driven. Packet sealing is controlled by an electronic controller equipped with an LCD display and parameter selection keys. Using the electronic controller, the temperature and the welding time are set. Adjustment of the welding force is carried out mechanically. The packet sealer is equipped with a differential relay, which ensures the safe operation of maintenance personnel in emergency situations, such as power supply to the device.
        Work with the GZP-400 packet sealer Starts with an inspection of the device. Make sure that there are no foreign objects between the welding jaws. We connect the packet sealer to a grounded outlet. We turn on the circuit breaker on the control panel and the Heating indicator LED and the Thermal Channel Controller liquid crystal display light up. Using the Plus, Minus and Mode keys on the Thermal Channel Controller panel, set the required temperature and welding time. After reaching the set temperature on the sealing lips of the GZP-400 packet sealing machine, the Ready LED lights up. Packet sealer to work.
