Side gusset pouch (Gusset center seal bag)

A side gusset pouch with a center seal “at the back”, also known as gusset bags, are a traditional type of packaging primarily used for products such as coffee and tea. This type of packaging has side folds, which make the bag voluminous, with back and bottom seams. When filled with products, these pouches become stable.

PRINTED GUSSET BAGS

There are several differences in branding pouches with a center seam compared to doypacks or stabilo pouches. The front of the bag is the most presentable part, where it is best to place the product name and brand. The back, separated by the seam, and the sides of the bag can contain technical information such as composition, manufacturer, etc.
