What are stick packs and what are they used for?
The most common type is a three-seal tubular pouch with one seal on the back and two seals on the top and bottom.
Our production specializes in filling products into stick packs, including 3-in-1 coffee, cosmetic products, matcha green tea, and other free-flowing goods.
In addition to stick pack filling, we also offer ingredient mixing services — for example, for 3-in-1 coffee. We receive the individual ingredients (such as coffee, sugar, and creamer) from the client, mix them in agreed proportions, and then fill them into stick packs weighing from 1.8 to 25 grams.
Where stick packs are used
Advantages of stick pack filling
- Convenience
- Eco-friendly and cost-effective — stick packs use 20–40% less material than four-side-sealed sachets
- Visibility and shelf appeal — this type of packaging can be printed in full color and placed near checkouts in supermarkets or pharmacies to attract customer attention
- Hygiene — essential for the foodservice industry, where spices and seasonings are portioned individually for each customer
Optional features for stick pack filling
- Notching for easy opening
- Date coding
Materials used for stick packs
We fill products that require special protection, which is why we use triple-layer metallized (triplex) materials.
This packaging type protects the contents not only from dirt, dust, and odors, but also from ultraviolet radiation.
Custom-printed stick packs
No matter what product you're ordering stick pack filling for, we can apply full-color printing to make your packaging visually appealing and double as a branding tool.
We offer printing options ranging from standard logos and images to fully customized brand visuals.
