WE PRODUCE FLAT BOTTOM POUCHES USING THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF MATERIALS:

• TWO-LAYER STRUCTURES – typically consist of polyethylene (inner layer) and polyester (PET) or kraft paper (outer layer).
• THREE-LAYER STRUCTURES – combine PE or CPP (cast polypropylene) inside, a middle layer of metallized PET or aluminum foil, and an outer PET or kraft paper layer.
• FOUR-LAYER STRUCTURES come in two distinct types:
  The first type is a standard structure with a transparent window. It includes an inner polyethylene layer, followed by two PET layers, and finished with an outer kraft paper layer. The version with a die-cut window allows customers to see the product inside the package.
  The second type is a retort-grade four-layer film: CPP–PA–AL–PET, designed for applications requiring high barrier properties and temperature resistance. This material is primarily used for packaging products that undergo sterilization or require long shelf life.
